The staff are always very friendly. The counter and seating area always look clean. Large selection of baked goods. I personally don't like them so much. But it's all a matter of taste :)

There is no matter what you buy everything very tasty ...... and the staff is competent and friendly
Nice staff and always fresh goods. Comfortable seating area for eating and drinking coffee on site. My recommendations: Delicious rolls (the ovals if possible ;-)) the Cossack bread is very tasty and on Friday and Saturday there is the best strappy apple in Bergisch Gladbach.
