Branch: Bergisch Gladbach, Richard-Zanders-Str. On a Sunday at 3 p.m. I went in 1 hour before closing time. Asked for a sandwich. The answer to that: unfortunately we're not doing it because we're about to close. I wonder how you get such people to work. 1 hour before closing time, she did not want to fill a bread roll. An impudence. I'll never go into that juice shop again. Unfriendly employees. The same in Bensberg Kraus. Mr. Kraus, instead of enjoying your earnings, you should take care of your business personally. There is a lot of cheek going on behind the scenes. This is not just my opinion, I hear that from many. Even some employees are dissatisfied with the store !!!!!!
