The products are okay, but the staff are not acceptable for a company in which customers are served and are supposed to feel comfortable. A predestined example that we live in a service desert and that the customer is no longer king, but at best a tolerated troublemaker. It starts with the fact that, as guests of the café, we kindly had to queue outside in the queue where the take-away customers were waiting to order. When ordering, we were snapped at in a cutting tone, what we wanted. Please, thank you and smile are foreign words for the employee who "handled" us. During breakfast I decided to have another coffee. The crowning glory of the comedy was that I had to queue outside (behind 10 "take-away customers") to order this coffee. I searched carefully for the hidden camera, but with the best of intentions couldn't find it. A lousy joke and audacity cannot be beat! That was my last visit to this establishment. Dear management, there is an urgent need for further training in terms of service, customer friendliness and service!
