Especially in the Corona time it shows how arrogant and unrealistic this "bank" is. Kfw applications are simply not processed and idiotic, transparent scraps are operated. And that although this bank has 0% (!) Risk. That is totally despicable and worthy of punishment!

Constantly calling you should download the app. Let's improve the app first. Nothing more goes to transfers afterwards. Sorry but something is annoying.

I cannot recommend VR Bank in general. All modern banks are a lot better and more innovative. However, the branch here is good. The staff were always nice and could help you. There are enough ATMs and it is clean. Sometimes I had to wait a little longer for appointments, which shouldn't be.
