It is a shame that when you come by in person, you are promised that the new card will be sent to you in a few days after the name change (I got married and had just picked up my new ID card, which I needed to change my name). I've been waiting for 4 now !!! Weeks in vain. It looks like I'll have to come by again, which is relatively difficult with my working hours, which pretty much collide with the opening times of the branches. Thanks for the great service! Hopefully I will never lose my card otherwise I will not get my money for a month or more ...

All employees are very friendly and everything seems a bit more relaxed and not so strict! :) I like to come over and also find the atmosphere great! The contracts have also developed well so far. So I'm happy and always come back :)

I like the branch very much and you are greeted very nicely! Have only had positive experiences with my consultant so far. The KSK is worth your money!
