I discovered a cockroach in my apartment and was really afraid it could be a kitchen break. Thanks to the super fast, uncomplicated Whatsapp service, I was fortunately warned: just a forest cockroach. Thanks a million for this I have saved a lot of work and time !! :)

contacted the company Defensia because we had an undesirable subtenant (rat) in our garage, which serves as a storage room. Contact was made quickly without any problems. On the same day, a member of staff came to look into the matter. Within a day the whole problem was resolved. What we found nice, the employee made the effort and checked whether there were more family members of the rat in our garage. And even cleans the corner that the rat uses We were very satisfied with the service and performance. Also in terms of price everything was okay. We haven't had any problems since then and would use this service again at any time.
