The company didn't want to accept me as a new customer. Oggersheim wouldn't be soooo your corner. which I didn't really understand. it was neither open nor honest to me. Am very disappointed.

It could not be better! Woman alone home, Friday evening and in the new apartment, the spa goes on disturbance. Business card is in the manual of Fa.Hohwiller and of course called there. Short and sweet the error code was explained and discussed very sweetly that nothing could happen. Woman did not know exactly if she should leave home in her pajamas and need the fire brigade. :-) :-) :-) The fault could be reset and if it should happen again, you could call anytime. Conclusion: Helpful-very friendly-competent and great service. Many Thanks!
