Great advice from the owner - great fitters !!

2015 new heating purchased from this company. Maintenance contract completed. As with every maintenance always additional costs appeared on the bill for the installation of various spare parts, I wanted a conversation with the company owner. First I was put off because he was on vacation. Then I was denied the phone by his colleague Ms. D. of the appointment, because this time spent for the company no equivalent. Luckily, I've never experienced anything so customer-friendly. The main thing the heating sold, fat coal bagged, then you are the same as a customer. Very nice!
