Apparently none of the employees has taken a basic law in hand and what has heard of the Equal Treatment Act according to Art 3. Clear discrimination of a customer because of missing mouth protection, despite the doctor's certificate. Unfortunately you cannot give 0 stars.

I don't go in this business anymore. People who have a medical certificate and are not allowed to wear a mask because of a health problem are discriminated against and thrown out. Something like that is not possible! I now order my shoes conveniently online.

I have bought all of the children's shoes here so far, but I will change that now. Today, October 6th, I wanted to go there with my 4 year old son to buy shoes, without a face mask but with a doctor's certificate, because I cannot wear a protective mask for HEALTH reasons. However, I was denied entry ... Instructions come from the management at the top, I was presented with a letter that is really outrageous (I'm still uploading). The staff was very friendly and understanding, as much as they would like, they are not allowed to let me in. From now on I will never again buy anything in a Siemes and I hope many others will too. You should value EVERY customer and not sort them out as they please. I will reserve the right to take legal action !!! #Discrimination
