New stupid banking system. Bank statements total mess. Deposit worked unlike other branches (although deposit / withdrawal is over it). Transfers from the normal account to the savings account are not possible. Every bank movement is calculated and quite expensive. Bank transfer, direct debit ... plus management fee all together 7 € monthly ...

The opening times are only for pensioners and housewives. The employees are not the fastest and also chat with customers when the queue is longer. The competence of the counter clerk is also so mediocre. Too often a consultation has to be held first. I can go straight to Hüls there.

I am very satisfied with the branch at the Bachackerweg. Also very friendly staff.
