Planning for the oven in the studio was nice. Since the fireplace was installed 11 months ago, however, it has not been free from defects, cannot be used and no one is responsible. Customer service doesn't work at all. And unfortunately neither fireplace. When we bought it, we were probably also guided by the good reviews here. When our fireplace was burned in, we were asked several times to leave a good review on Google. In return, we receive various gifts from Hark. So in all likelihood there will be many good reviews. :(

We received friendly and competent advice. Mr. Füllbier responded to our wishes so that we found the perfect stove for us. We are really looking forward to the first commissioning. Detlef Petra Pilz
