I received extensive information and with the help of a few photos, which are currently replacing the running analysis, they were immediately able to find a suitable running shoe for me. First of all, I want to say that I am extremely satisfied. I wanted to start running during the pandemic, explicitly in the 2nd lockdown. I had the problem, even with previous attempts to run, that my calves always closed. Now I wanted to give the running a chance again because I actually enjoyed it, but the pain quickly took my motivation away. So much for history. Now to the Molitor specialty store. I saw on the website that the shop was open because it was also an orthopedic specialist shop. So I wrote my problems and not even 24 hours later I got a call from Lutz Molitor who explained to me in a 40 minute conversation what could be the cause and how I can improve it. Then I was asked to send pictures of my running shoes based on a prepared template and it quickly became clear that they were not suitable for running. Now I was hoping I would just walk into the shop and get new, tailor-made running shoes after a professional running analysis. But this was not the case and the disillusionment came immediately because Lutz told me that they were only allowed to receive orthopedic customers and that the advice in the shop for sporting goods should not and will not take place. Thankfully, the disillusionment only lasted for a short time and after another informative phone call, the owner sent me various shoes that I tried on and, even as a beginner, I found the right shoe that is great fun to run with. My wife and I went to Molitor today with the aim of buying new running shoes. A friend recommended the business to us. First, a running analysis was made by video and explained point by point where there may be deficits or what needs to be corrected. Then the extremely competent employee picked up a few pairs of shoes which could be considered. All tried on and tested on the "running track", one found to be very good and bought directly! For my wife's shoes the employee even put in half an hour of overtime without hesitation! That is customer service to the highest degree! Great explanations, friendly atmosphere and nice staff! Perfect!
