After the eagerly awaited visit to Lotta & Emil today, I'm still thrilled! The advice was very nice and patient and the shoes were very comfortable and pretty. My little novice runner and I have struck gold and we're already looking forward to the spring collection!

We were in the store to buy new shoes for our two year old. Unfortunately, the advice isn't very good. We used to buy shoes in a shop (in Saerbeck) that have been specializing in children's shoes for many years and know the difference to good advice very well. The feet were NOT measured. Also, no attention was paid to how wide or narrow the foot is or whether one foot is larger than the other. All in all, buying shoes wasn't fun at all and we weren't really any smarter afterwards. If you are not interested in good advice on shoes for the offspring, you can shop here with confidence. But especially with the little ones, you want to buy the right one and get good advice, which is definitely not the case here. It's a shame.

My daughter has very narrow feet and unfortunately both the Chelsea boots and the Velcro boots were not suitable at all. In terms of quality, they were certainly okay, but optically I only found the Chelsea boots really nice. But neither couple were really enthusiastic. We have therefore decided to return it. However, the processing and shipping were flawless.

Customer service is not their business. After wrong delivery, tedious correspondence instead of inspection and exchange. Incredible. Not to mention the annoying pointer in correspondence.
