I can only agree with the previous speaker! Communication is a catastrophe, the office ignores emails, complaints are answered very delayed and fairly according to a template. Emails to Mr. Markwort are not wanted, are supposedly forwarded, nonsense! But the main thing is to collect the money, just don't do anything for it.
Security really is a disaster! I told the reception team three times that the height-adjustable button on the cable pull was dangerous. Answer, every time "we know is on the list". Hopefully someone will get injured one day (I don't wish anyone) and the studio has to pay properly! Round cover as protection is also missing, nobody cares.
Cleanliness almost non-existent. I advise everyone who wants a safe studio: hands off!
The staff are friendly, but that doesn't make up for the unprofessional behavior of the management.
Basically, I'm happy with the studio. But what am I really wondering, what do I have to pay a trainer's flat rate for? I don't see any coaches. I have just arranged a trial training session for my daughter and they said no one would be there after 6 p.m. on Friday. Saturday not at all and Sunday at 10 a.m. or 11 a.m. Even when I go to train, I don't see any coaches. So that's why this package is an absolute cheek!
