Top Fitness- Top Studio

I no longer live in Bergisch Gladbach, but for 10 years I have felt more than at home in the Topfit and Family Fitness of the Linzenich Group. I come to training in one of the two studios depending on my athletic needs. In the family for mobility / endurance and in the TopFit to increase my strength and to use the crossfit area.
The Linzenich Group is constantly striving for well-trained trainers and high-quality equipment in both studios. Both studios with their training areas are cleverly divided for the compact space and offer enough space for intensive training. The employees either have years of expertise or are students who constantly strive to keep their specialist knowledge of sports science up to date. The studios are clean and hygiene was taken into account even before the Corona times. Conditions have always been fair. Thanks to Urban Sportsclub, I can visit both studios.
Forty-five pounds lost thanks to Alex and Thomas' efforts and after 10 years an unchanged atmosphere mean that I will probably always be addicted to Linzenich as long as my paths lead to Bergisch Gladbach. Cheers.
Great studio! Trainers are very nice and always happy to help. There is all equipment and an area where you can do exercises freely, which I personally find very practical. Even when it is full, there is always a pleasant atmosphere in which you simply feel good.
