I am very happy to have chosen EMS training. Not at all comparable to the years of fitness training. 20 minutes are so intense, afterwards I feel totally healthy and painless. The coaching of the trainers is unique (very friendly and competent).

Enthusiasm guarantee !! I have been training with full motivation and enthusiasm for Stas and Nico for more than 4 years now! Both trainers are highly competent and deal individually with each customer, there is always a well-founded answer to all questions and requests. The training is actively supported and everyone gets their own individual program. Not only do I always feel totally fit after EMS training, my muscle structure has changed enormously over the years, my arms and calves are super defined, the "rump" is tightly shaped ..... What more could a woman want? You cannot exercise more effectively in 20 minutes and you cannot burn calories faster! Both trainers are wonderful hosts and always interested in your customers. Every training session becomes an entertaining experience and the 20 minutes are gone in no time!

Excellent training. Am exhausted after 20 minutes more than after 90 minutes of gym, but I feel on the way home anyway well and not as death beaten. Never had any injuries or pain after training (except the hellish sore muscles ...), which I can not say about weight training in the gym. The trainers are very competent and helpful; no question remains unanswered. Can only recommend to anyone to try it at least once!

Just wow! The results speak for themselves: I have lost in 4 months with EMS and a small diet change 4kg and much more! My skin has become much firmer, I feel a lot fitter and the measurements have also shown that my body fat percentage has dropped in a short time and I simultaneously gained or built on muscle mass. Therefore a big compliment to the competent team Bergisch Gladbach! The trainers are very experienced and obliging and answer every question so that I feel motivated, supported and in good hands during personal training. You can rely on the great personal care and advice and gets as a customer according to the motto 'The customer is king' the full and full attention of the team or the coach. I am really excited and can recommend this studio and EMS warmly and with a clear conscience! Many thanks to the body shaping team Bergisch Gladbach :)
