I have attended various yoga classes over the past 20 years and got to know different yoga teachers. Petra inspires me with her mindful, and always varied yoga. Even after 3 years, no course unit is like the other. The orientation towards the individual possibilities of the individual turns every hour into an "arrive with oneself" I can only recommend Samtosa and Petra Krüger!

I have been part of the yoga group for almost 1 year on Wednesday evening. At the beginning, I was skeptical of whether I liked the calm and the movements (I'm a rather loud and wibbeliger type). But our teacher radiates such a positive and professional way that I was and am totally enthusiastic about it a short time later. The yoga classes are very varied and harmonious. I recommend to everyone Wibbelstetz- makes yoga and here!

I tried many different yoga classes and I wondered if yoga was the right thing for me. I have been with Petra for almost four years and I look forward to the varied yoga classes with her every week. Professional and empathetic, she leads the participants and radiates so much peace and serenity. She knows exactly who has problems with her knees or back, and makes sure to offer alternatives that will do you good and that you can do. During my pregnancy, I did yoga with her until shortly before birth. Petra always had a careful eye on me and had a lot of great "pregnant" exercise for me in the bag. You just feel comfortable with her and even I manage to give away regularly in the relaxation phase and no yoga teacher has done that before! I can fully recommend yoga at Petra and would like to recommend the Saṃtoṣa Yoga School to everyone!
