I had a very bad toothache today after breaking a tooth. By phone I wanted to know if I could come to the practice. I was very kindly assured that I could come to the practice as quickly as possible. I'm an anxiety patient and I really didn't feel well because of it. The whole staff and the doctor dealt with my situation very well and although the treatment was not pleasant, which was to be expected, I felt very well looked after. They just looked after me in a human way, that helped me and the fear of my next visit shouldn't be so strong anymore. Many thanks to the whole team.
