Hardly any waiting time ... fast, competent treatment ... simply to be recommended SUPER !!!

Surgical appointment for a small child and then 2 hours of waiting is not professional planning and no longer has to be these days. Especially since children get so unnecessarily nervous and have to come sober. The team is friendly, there's a star for that.

I moved to Neustadt and was today, for the first time in the practice of Dr. med. Horstmann. The practice is only 2 months old but I have not experienced such a friendly and accommodating in my 54 years. Just great, it fits everything here, from the telephone appointment, in the super friendly and nice sign up to leave the practice. I can only say, keep it up to this level and the visit to the dentist is only half as bad. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
