I have been with us for 3 weeks and have been received very nicely! The trainers are always available and explain all the equipment and exercises to you professionally and very patiently 😊 I really enjoy training here and can really recommend it to everyone! 💪👍
I usually come here for courses. I particularly like the fact that, despite or maybe because of Corona, I have always got a place in the last few months, even at short notice. My favorite courses are deep work and spinning. The subsequent sauna session has been a good relaxation so far. Compared to some other studios, there is no fresh air access (balcony, terrace, garden) here, which is not possible due to the construction. But it has always been quite empty here lately.
In the fitness area, the Five machines can be highly recommended. The circle is not available to everyone for this, because the milon equipment may only be used with special instruction.
Was there for the first time today. Modern equipment, everything clean and in good shape. Trainer very nice and helpful. Due to the division of the studio, it doesn't look like a big gym. I will definitely be back!
