too smart ideas about the 6 or 7 different planes that insult customer intelligent and show only very materialistic greedy behavior which made me cancel my contract and tell than boycott IQ2 products. i am not allowed to enter their almost empty gym in Köln even though i have stuttgart basic plane , very stupid my other 4 stars already went to clever fit

Staff isn't always that nice but other than that it's recommendable especially after the renovations.
