Very competent and friendly team. Could come at short notice if there was an acute need, but a lot of time was still taken. I always felt well looked after and professionally competent. Great practice!
Actually, I was happy with this practice. Until the time I had an examination at the hospital and didn't know that Dr. Gold also offers this investigation. The next time I wanted to make an appointment in the practice, I was told that I should go to where I had the last examination done. That is an absolute cheek.
We receive the best orthopedic care in the practice of Dr. Endele. He is a very good diagnostician, is friendly and an excellent surgeon. Since he installed a new hip joint in me, my life is worth living again. Keep it up! 5 stars plus!
I am very satisfied with this practice, competent doctors, friendly helpers, so far they have always been able to help me. The open consultation hours on Mondays and Fridays are always very full, but you get prompt help with acute problems. If I have chronic complaints, I prefer to wait for an appointment.
This practice is a catastrophe! My complaints were not taken seriously, despite supporting MRI images and a clear diagnosis. No trace of empathy and patient-oriented work. Instead, a lot of arrogance on the part of the doctor. I have never seen a doctor like this. I will now look for an orthopedic surgeon who will take me, my diagnoses and pain seriously.
