In principle a good concept, but little personal care ... had 3 appointments for nutrition and each time the person was not there !!! In addition, it actually gets a bit monotonous over time, just doing the circle and the intermediate stations ... the time factor also plays a big role, because sometimes I want to train for more than 40 minutes! The most important criterion for the point deductions: no sauna !!! Sorry!

Here one trains as a woman in peace and under his equals. Modern, cozy gym. Great atmosphere! That's where sport is really fun. The trainers are very nice and always helpful. Circuit training allows every woman to celebrate her personal success. I feel very well here next :-)
