The perfect studio for women. Nice competent team. You feel good with good drinks in the cooled fitness room. It's worth trying out.

Today I had the first briefing. I used to pay in fitness studios without having the motivation to train regularly. Tom has taken a lot of time to show me the exercises and to make sure that I'm doing them properly. I'm excited about the concept. Ralf and Tom are very personable and you can tell that they are with passion. I like that it's a small studio specialized in women, not a Muckibude. Here I am sure that the training will be fun.
