Yoga mit Miriam

I have been attending Miriam Ruberg's courses for several years now and can only recommend her yoga classes to everyone. For me it is exactly the right mix of physical work, which also pushes me to my limits, and pleasant relaxation in the last part of the hour, very beneficial for body and mind. All exercises are very well instructed and the harmonious structure of the lesson gently prepares the body for the challenges of the exercises. Even though I've been around for so long, I always get new impulses. Conclusion: highly recommended!

Yoga with Miriam is a pleasure for body, mind and soul. She accompanies the participants through the lesson sensitively, carefully and very professionally. You only need your own mat, all other materials such as blocks, belts, bolsters and even an eye pillow are lovingly arranged for each yogi on site. Just beautiful... Thank you
