CrossFit Weinstrasse

Very welcoming, I felt like part of the family. Fist bumps and high fives as we all introduced ourselves. Everyone made sure I was included. Everyone cheered during the workout, then more fist bumps. Coaching was good, explained the workout great and gave good pointers. Overall a great experience and a strong community!

I did my first drop in here over 2 years ago and I found one of the most welcoming and friendly communities in the area! Even as an English speaker they made me feel welcome and I got a killer workout in! I live in Kaiserslautern so I try and come as often as I can to do drop ins!

This gym has great equipment and a great community. They also host awesome community CrossFit events such as the open and Murph that really brings the KMC together. Worth it to jump in!

We are current members of Crossfit Kaiserslautern, and we decided to drop into CFNW to experience a bit of new culture. We were welcomed with open arms and smiling faces. The facility is small, but they are creative with their space. We did a nice strength portion, followed by a quick metcon. I was Impressed with the coaches knowledge and attention to detail. We will definitely be back !!
