The Bella Vitalis has very competent and friendly staff who are always there for the needs of all members. You can always find a contact person and get as much help as you need. I myself had almost no experience in fitness studios but the Bella Vitalis convinced me very quickly. Even critical concerns are not simply ignored by the team of trainers and consultants, but rather they are interested in making the training as pleasant as possible for us members and always improving. This has become very clear, especially in the last few months. I think it's a shame that Bella Vitalis is now but had to close again and I'm already looking forward to training again.

Absolutely bad service. If you have a problem, you are treated extremely unprofessionally at first. Nobody knows, always a different advisor and always an explanation of the problem. Absolutely not responsive. Service more than just bad, even during training times. Contract was terminated.
