I am not a craftswoman. It is all the more important to me that the staff are extremely competent and helpful. They also always explain very kindly and patiently to ignorant people like me how to put something together. And then it also fits: despite the obligation to wear a mask and distance rules, relaxed shopping.

It's a shame that hela is closed. The employees don't deserve it, super friendly, competent consulting , helpful. I will miss you all.
