We ordered weights, initially no reaction. After a week of being asked and put off with "quick processing", after another month of being asked to find out that they are not producing it at the moment.

Good contact, delivery by DHL only in front of the house, although elevator! Very unfriendly driver - thank you very much. Processing with WARCO without problems - recommended !!

Promise delivery times of usually 7 days to a maximum of 14 days, real delivery time is currently at least 7 weeks. You can choose a desired delivery date that can never be met. Very bad. I can't rate the records themselves yet, let's see if they come sometime.

The advice from the technical back office was carried out successfully on the phone, and the questions asked about the optimal article for the job site. The order can be easily placed via the website. An order confirmation was promptly received, and a timely payment offered a discount waiver. Unfortunately, the delivery process was poor, a delivery period of 3 weeks was promised in the order confirmation, the delivery took place after a few emails and delivery date postponements after 8 weeks. Regarding the unsatisfactory quality features, an email with some pictures was sent to WARCO, which has not yet been answered.
