The repair service is a rip off.
€ 120 flat rate regardless of whether the device can be repaired or not. If you want the defective device again you have to pay another 25 €. If you let Kärcher dispose of the device and would like to have the components such as a dirt blaster, patio cleaner etc. back, you also charge € 25.
