Heimatmuseum "Ältestes Haus"

As a child I was always great with school and as a Haßlocher I go through the museum every now and then, unfortunately currently closed due to corona

A very nice old-fashioned house should man if man in Haßloch is visited my grandma was born in it therefore I always connect happy memories when I see it or go past it

The small but interesting museum is worth a visit. Why? A well-constructed collection of objects of rural life between the end of the 19th and the beginning of the twentieth century in the Vorderpfalz is shown and focused emphasis is placed here: handicrafts, crops or the butcher's trade are in the foreground. These everyday utensils are also shown "in action". For example at museum days or nationwide events. In addition, a variety of events take place, which emanate both from the Friends of the Museum of Local History, as well as by the locally based cultural oriented clubs. The community is involved in events such as the Open Air Festival "Wine and Jazz", the theater association uses the beautiful scenery for its events.
