Very nice, friendly staff and competent advice - only recommendable :-)

I bought a heat patch this morning I had the receipt with me ... wanted to exchange it the same day (since I bought the wrong one) ... but I was told that they would not accept it because of "Corona"! It was unopened ... and it wasn't even 5 hours past! It's ridiculous that they speak of hygienic measures but don't wear masks among themselves ... Really ridiculous!

As always, I was well advised on my last visit to the Stern pharmacy. Gladly again!

Best pharmacy! Always very friendly, always trying to find perfect solutions, everything is always fast and I have been a customer for years with my grandmother and myself. Thank you for your kindness and your nice team!

I have no idea how to work so inefficiently and slowly. If you don't feel like emergency service, you should look for a new job. I just had the honor to watch the lady in the rain for 20 minutes as she was taking the medication from the person in front of me. With a peace of mind and a pace at which you put dust on. For a single medication, you have to walk back and forth several times and pull a face as if you were personally insulted. By far the most incapable pharmacy I have ever seen. I would have preferred to continue ...
