Dear public! My mother, 77 years old, is a customer of the Adler pharmacy at the war memorial, Hauptstr. 81, 67433 Neustadt, Tel .: 06321.2946 She was there today at noon to pick up the FFP2 masks. The owner, Mrs. Karin Götz, said to my mother that she only gets the masks when she buys a medicine. My mother replied that she always left the ophthalmologist prescriptions here. Frau Götz sent them away anyway. I want my mother to leave the phone number there. You get a call ... We, your children and grandchildren, have lived here for over 40 years! We are speechless how you can deal with old people! We are active in the social medical field ourselves, as a doctor in the hospital, as a nurse in the doctor's offices, as social pedagogues in the homes ... How greed can change the character of man !!! We are speechless and angry! Especially today with the reports about the highest infection and death rate! A pharmacy in the middle of the city on the market square treats old people like this! Scandalous!!!

Damn competent and contact person for all questions about health. Ms. Götz and her team are very committed to the well-being of customers and also offer a home delivery service for immobile customers. Medicines that are not in stock can sometimes be picked up on the same day.

Today we wanted to get the 3 face masks in the pharmacy, but we were told that only regular customers get them. People who call themselves pharmacists and sick people who refuse to help should be reported.
