Our new installer works exclusively with Viesmann, so we needed customer service for our Junkers heating systems. For our Junkers Therme, our new installer (heating, sanitary, etc. etc.) recommended the company Zeuch, which carries out Junkers customer service, to our new installer. Annual maintenance of the gas boiler is a matter of course for us. An appointment was made very promptly for the Zeuch company for the annual maintenance. The maintenance was carried out to our complete satisfaction. The installer took his time and explained the thermal baths to us as precisely and as well as no installer who had been with us before. Two spare parts have to be replaced. We will receive a timely appointment next week. There is no extra journey for installing the spare parts to be replaced. We are very happy to recommend Zeuch for Junkers devices. Buderus devices are also serviced and repaired by Zeuch. The staff member was very friendly and helpful.
