The doctors are outrageous, they make appointments and no one comes, my mother has been waiting for the doctor for 4 months now and the cat is changed over and over again and they say he comes and then nothing happens

29/10/18 For over an hour I've been trying to get someone on the phone .. "We'll be there for you right now, all employees are currently in talks!" It is a doctor's office and not a call center! The only explanation for over one hour of inaccessibility may be private discussions of employees ... Thank you for nothing!

Was yesterday emergency patient. Had to wait 3 hours. Thanks. Once and hopefully never again to this doctor.

I have been waiting for an OP appointment for over 9 months, plan everything, take me off and then I will call a few hours in advance that the appointment has to be postponed ... And this for the 2nd time ... In spite of the appointment, private patients are given preferential treatment, patients with cash registers like to sit / stand for 1-4 hours in the waiting room. The doctor's helpers are rather unfriendly and not cooperative if you have any questions. By phone you are pushed into the 6min long queue and then at the end you are kicked out. But more like a juice shop than a doctor's office! So not to be recommended!
