You can shop here very well at moderate prices. Everything in the store is very clearly arranged. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I tried in vain for 2 weeks to reach someone in this practice to make an appointment. Unfortunately without success. Either the announcement came that I would call outside of office hours or there was just a busy signal. I then had fun, called the door and entered immediately after the busy tone. Lo and behold, both receptionists had a nice chat and neither had a phone at hand. Really strange.

A very friendly team and a very competent doctor! He took the time to explain everything to me in an understandable way and even gave extra advice, which is rarely the case with others.

So far the best dermatologist I've been to. Takes a lot of time, is very thorough and competent. But!!!!! Getting appointments is a disaster. Been there for cancer screening last year. The doctor wanted to see me again in six months. So I wanted to make a new appointment right away. Not possible. Only 3 months before. So I called in February to get an appointment in May. Then I was told that all dates for May had already been taken. And since they only ever give out for one month, I would have to call in March to get an appointment for June. I just did that. Again I was told that all the dates had already been taken. I would have to call in April to get an appointment for July. I really don't have the words. If the specialist competence of this doctor were not so excellent, I would have been gone long ago.

Not even worth a star you come here because you have an appointment and suddenly you can't be taken because you come from Oldenburg all of a sudden. To do this, you have to wait 5 hours until you are picked up and again 2 hours until the doctor comes into the treatment room. Unfriendly employees are too!
