First of all: 1 star is too much. Just get a Itzehoer voucher for a colleague to say goodbye. I thought ... opening times changed ... Ok. But then fate took its course. I took my bag of change worth 25 euros (15 coins = 10 x 2 euros and 5 x 1 euros). In the room on the right, an employee serving a customer behind a window in the checkout area. At the counter of an employee who I spoke to in a friendly manner with my concern. The lady asked me to take a seat, because the colleague at the cash register would issue the vouchers. After the customer left, the employee went to her colleague and told him that I would like a voucher for 25 euros and that I would pay with change. The employee grimaced. A short time late he waved me over to the cash desk. I greeted him kindly and explained my request to him again. He had already laid out the vouchers and instructed me to put the money in the drawer. I then did this. When I opened the drawer there was an unfriendly comment about the change. I also explained that the change was due to a collection. He remarked again that next time I should pay with bills. I replied that I always thought that money was money. Whereupon he said again that the next time I should pay with bills and in that case the change should be changed somewhere beforehand. The next question was whether I had an account with the Sparkasse, which I answered in the negative. When I asked myself why I should have an account there, he stated that in that case the 25 euros could be debited from my account and the change would be sent in for counting and later crediting. I didn't reply, although a lot was on the tip of my tongue, as I was afraid that in that case I would no longer receive the voucher. The employee also pointed out to me that deposits in the form of small change would be sent to HH for counting. The small branch couldn't do that. I took my voucher and left the institution. CONCLUSION: A bank with employees who are not able to count 15 coins and who cannot implement a service and who keep doing so should not be surprised if you do not want to be a customer there. And to be honest, if an employee cannot provide this service or thinks they are overworking, they should urgently reconsider their work. For me, the Sparkasse is never an option as a customer.

Unfortunately, repeatedly unfriendly to the customer! As a customer you feel valued little or not at all - there are no recalls and the machines are always defective! Annoying when the opening times are hardly available due to Corona! CONCLUSION: a change to a customer-friendly bank!

Just deposit something quickly or withdraw, no chance with only two ATMs where you have to queue constantly. Instead of opening the cashier when things are going on, the employees pretend that they do not care how to use the cash register. Very sad and customer unfriendly.

Small, but fine branch. Everything is there: 2 ATMs, bank statement printers and even a cash machine. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The nice thing is that there are no steps there. For disabled people like me, really great
