Unfortunately, neither service nor customer friendliness is practiced on the phone of this practice. I received very harsh replies from an obviously overburdened lady on the phone, who constantly preached to me again and again like in a continuous loop, that without a transfer sheet not even an appointment was possible. Did you describe my helplessness as a member of the 82-year-old patient to be treated and that I do not know where to get this transcript, as the hospital from which my father was recently discharged did not exhibit. The unfriendly answer was that I had to clarify this myself. I did not expect any clarification from the lady on the phone. Nevertheless, I would have been able to tell as a layman from experience where I can receive or request this ominous document alternatively. Instead, I just got annoyed snorting and sighing during our conversation with the lady. Such an arrogant behavior has never been countered by an employee of a medical practice. A treatment of my father in this practice is therefore out of the question for me.
