This is a great studio. Everything nice and bright and friendly, generous space distribution on the area. The trainers are always there and also speak to the exerciser if the exercises become unclean. They always give tips and take the time to show the devices. The service staff is super nice. The entire studio is always clean. Simply a great studio.

Very good studio in Itzehoe, if not the best. The prices are a bit higher, but you also get a very extensive wellness area and advice that also has added value! Individual plans and trainers who take their time (I personally can recommend David as a trainer). Especially good for women as you can ALWAYS train as you want. The devices are never as busy as at other studios in Itzehoe. So you can really go through with your plan.

I have visited several studios in Itzehoe, which I liked best. The prices are legitimized by good advice, a relaxed atmosphere and a high-quality wellness area. The cardio and strength training equipment is never overcrowded and the trainers are always available.
