The product range is ok. The employees among themselves apparently have a very good working atmosphere, as a customer you can regularly hear loud conversations beyond the hallways. I suspect that you are annoying as a customer, because I have repeatedly received grumpy short answers to politely asked questions. But what is even more disturbing are the huge pallets of goods that ALWAYS block the aisles. I have the feeling that it is getting worse.

Very overwhelmed employees who are very rude to customers, and even tell customers not to come back. The shopping baskets were only partially disinfected by the employees. Employee standing together and gossiping audibly about the customer. Other customers have to wait in front of the shop until the employee has placed the stacked shopping baskets from the entrance area outside. Of course you can get cheap products there, but I won't accept this and prefer to go to other shops.
