Wrong item (different color) delivered, customer service did not apologize and offered no reasonable solution. Inexpensive, because of bad customer service but never again!

Have ordered at the beginning of the week 3 cans Net-Trol and Textrol ... Far cheaper than elsewhere on the net. The delivery arrived within 2 days and was overly well packed. When I realized that I had ordered too little, Owatrol - Kontor sent just a tin on account afterwards. Great service ... Thanks again!
