Best pharmacy in Itzehoe! Have understanding for everything and are very friendly.

Either the pharmacist understood nothing of his work or they wanted to try to rip me off here. I came to the pharmacy with a prescription and wanted to redeem it, they told me it had expired, but it was not and they wanted me to pay the prescription in full. Only after I pointed out that cash recipes are valid for one month, I could redeem my recipe for 5 euros. Furthermore, they rarely have any medicines in stock, I will not go there anymore.

For normal nasal spray 5 € and paid a week. This pharmacy is extremely expensive and the staff is unfriendly.
