I was warmly welcomed by a trainee. When asked by his colleague about the prescription, the prescribed orthosis was found, measured, adjusted and paid for without any problems. A few months ago I already got a splint here, where I did not feel treated as well by my colleague as I do today.

Catastrophe! Starting with the fact that the production of insoles took about 3 weeks, these insoles were then much too big, I received a payment reminder, although the insoles were paid for when they were picked up (it then turned out to be the legal additional payment dealt with the 2nd couple for whom there was no invoice ...) and I received delivery notes twice by post, which were supposedly not signed. The on-site employee was a bit annoyed - I don't even think so. The 2nd star is only given because the orthopedic cobbler was very nice and fixed the problem immediately. I was afraid that it would take another 3 weeks. In the future I will make the way to Elmshorn again if I need insoles. The production there didn't take a week and everything went smoothly.

Don't call, even though it was agreed. Look completely haphazard. Ordered the wrong one despite an agreement.

My son was prescribed walking aids. They first have to be approved by the KK and that can take up to 4 weeks, he was told. If he pays privately (over 270, - €) then he could have taken it with him! That can not be true! 😡 At the medical supply store, which is next to the orthopedic surgeon, my son was able to redeem his prescriptions without any problems and now has his crutches ..... The answer from ThiesMediCenter is incomprehensible, as my son received his crutches immediately from the competition, as he wrote. Honestly, it is unreasonable to wait for the approval from the KK if you have walking problems. This gives the impression that the above company is about to sell privately. Other reviews confirm this!

I've only had bad experiences with this company. An assistant should go to my home address. Where did you deliver this aid? In the Harburg hospital. Then you got in touch with me several times. Because you wanted to get paid for this aid from me, even though you had received a prescription from me. Unfortunately, you were not able to clarify this with my health insurance company. Out of whichever reasons. I then had to sort it out. Cannot recommend this company. But it seems to be a general problem with such companies.
