You are always welcomed in a friendly manner, super nice service. Also technically top, that's how you like to go to the hairdresser. I can only recommend it to everyone.

Finally, an appointment after waiting. Then my wishes were announced and a note was given with a whopping 120.00 € for my express request - first cut the hair before the perm should be tackled and rolled up instead of blow-drying But here and there a cut cannot be made beforehand. Inquiry about the price I then said ok then cut the first one away and start with the perm. The discussion about the price also happened in shrill tones. At the end I had to pay at the cash register I paid the whole price even though I only had one cut - because it would be my own fault that the hair was so long (approx. 2 1/2 was shortened) for could be dismissed. But what was ignored - the salon was also closed due to Carona plus waiting time for an appointment in bad words because I complained and also kicked out of the salon (I was in the hospital during Carona) so the salon was already closed. It is clear that it would not have entered the shop after this customer-unfriendly and rip-off (cheating for me). I also did not know that wet wipes from the package are considered disinfectants.
