Down to business:
I ordered a gift basket (80.00) for my old parents by phone.
This should be MORNING, on December 22nd. be delivered with a Christmas greeting card.
Unfortunately the basket arrived at the beginning of last week WITHOUT a card.
MY parents were deeply insecure and had to make various calls before they could find out from whom and for what reason this present came.
The Christmas joy did not succeed :))

The Andre Holzschuh team puts great emphasis on service and knows many customers personally. Great importance is attached to the quality of the products - nice that something like this still exists!
