Rude and arbitrary handling of issues. Failure to comply with GDPR regulations and an arrogance that cannot be grasped. This branch is not to be recommended, no legal understanding, only explanations based on sympathy. People who give their opinion will not be tolerated there and will be banned from the house if you are not a yes-man. I hope you think again about how you deal with CUSTOMERS. How can you be amazed that you get wind from the front? Threatening to cancel your account just because someone points out that you are making a mistake.
