The heart room is really a heart room. Here everyone accepts everyone, just as one is. Everyone is great and you are always friendly. Even if you have one, two kilos too much you are in good hands here. If you want to do yoga in a relaxed, laid-back atmosphere, you're in the right place in the heart room. :)
