I have been in a mixed group with my husband since November and we really like it. Frank is a very nice gentleman who introduces us to the world of yoga with patience and calm. The rooms are pleasantly large and there is plenty of space, we feel in good hands.
I attended yoga classes with Frank Hampe for several years and only stopped because the school was too far away.
The time was great, the participants of the courses were very pleasant contemporaries and the room offers a pleasant atmosphere.
Frank is very sensitive to the individual needs of the participants and vividly guides the appropriate exercises. In addition, he has extensive knowledge of yoga history and philosophy.
Recommended without restrictions!
