I just wanted to get my tips cut, which usually takes no longer than 20 minutes. I was there at 7 pm, the hairdresser was sitting outside with a friend, maybe a customer, and talked. I asked if they were still open, she showed little interest, it felt like I was bothering her. Then she said yes until 8 o'clock. I asked if that would work today because I just want to cut the pages quickly. She looked at me with an arrogant look, grimacing, trying to smile with a fake kindness. Then she said: "make an appointment I'm still waiting for a customer" (it sounded really dishonest). She did not get up, nor made a move to give me the appointment. I waited another 15 minutes before the entrance, the customer was not there! Great customer service I would say! No!
