Called in to buy supplies for Dave, our 9 month old Border Collie while travelling through on our way to a conference. The staff here were really welcoming, helpful and efficient. Dave was allowed to come in while we chose some things for him and he loved showing the staff his ability to do "Rollovers" on command! 🐕😊🐕 Thanks to the staff at Fressnapf for great service. 👍😊
One of the best places to buy pet accessories and food ... etc.
A dedicated parking lot for customer and some other stores around to drink coffee or have breakfast or even do the weekly shopping

Yep. All you need for your pet. Literaly everithing. The staff quite helpfull and the arrangement of products is well thought.
Update: I got a backpack for cats there. Price / performance ratio seems to be out of order. // Not all offers from the brochure are always available. Employees make very suspicious statements.
Nice clean and tidy shop. The staff are always super friendly. Unfortunately, in between there is an employee who can learn something from the others when it comes to friendliness and professionalism, to put it nicely.
